WiFi is good, cell service is better than most and cost is competitive. Getting through to an actual human being is virtually impossible. Billing is a crap-shoot from month to month. It’s always changing. I bug the local Xfinity store staff when I have an issue. I’m sure they cringe when I walk through the door.

I have been try to 4 weeks to get internet hooked up at my new home and keep getting no call no shows, I call in and all they say is ooops sorry no offer to help just schedule the next opening a week later and I wait again, if I didn’t need the speed for WAH I would not have Xfinity or recommend it to me enemies. This place is a joke

CenturyLink

My apartment forces me to use CenturyLink and the experience has been a mixed bag. Whenever I have had an issue it really depends on who answers the phone if I will get help or not. Much of their staff seems under-trained.
