Rogers is the eighth largest city in Arkansas. Residents live in some of the most expensive homes in the state. It's both economically and ethnically diverse with blue- and white-collar residents who are well-educated and upper-middle class. More than 30% of residents are of Hispanic or Latino descent and over 17% of Rogers residents were born in another country. Rogers residents depend on their internet services to stay in contact with loved ones in their country of origin and pursue advanced degrees. Compared with just 57% of Arkansas, 100% of Rogers residents can connect to high-speed internet.

The sole cable internet provider in the area is Cox Communications. They reach 100% of homes with their service offerings. DSL users can choose between AT&T and CenturyLink. AT&T reaches 84% of homes south of Beaver Lake and CenturyLink reaches 6% of residents in that same area. AT&T is also introducing fiber optics to the area, currently offering this service to 13% of residents.

Where could I start.. we have been without internet for 1 month & 2 days . There seems to be no concerns to get us back!! So many calls , so many excuses !! They call us every few days & tell us there is an outage in our area & they will call and let us know when it’s working ?? 32 days

There has been no internet service for the last 3 days. Their excuse is “there is an outage in your area”, “technicians are working hard and upgrading and there is no estimate time it will be resolved “ then it will be resolved minutes before midnight Sunday night. It is now Monday morning. Cox wifi worked for awhile and now does not work. They are expensive. Agents have the audacity to suggest I rent their modem when I have just purchased a compatible and expensive modem router combo. Horrible unreliable service.

We have used Cox for 30 years. The service has always been very good, but the prices have gotten high. To stay with Cox we have had to cut back on our plan.

I have 5 kids abd the 3 girls use the Netflix, YouTube and Hulu and the 2 boys LOVE online gaming. Its just getting to be a little too pricey and now I'm having to cancel to be able to get winter clothes... Maybe we can sign up for something again @ Christmas time 🙂 as a gift... MAYBE LOL
