The price is great, but you get what you pay for. We were constantly having to reboot the system. Also customer service is incredibly hard to get a hold of and not willing to be very helpful. They charged us three months later for an unreturned modem (took me an hour to find out that was the reason) when I had asked them on the phone if we needed to return it months ago and they said not to worry about it. I'm very frustrated with the company and how they handled our account and I will not use them again in the future.
