Starry customer for 4 years. Customer service app for your phone is the reason they are #1 for me. Any issues I have can quickly be communicated without having to call and sit on hold, Messages returned super fast, resolution just as quick. I love Starry we are meant for each other!

The service and offer is good, but the connection is very inconsistent and can be frustrating on a daily basis, especially during night time

It started as a free service for 6 months. I am OK with it, however, some games are difficult to play because the speed is not up to par

After an extremely poor experience with AT&T, I switched to Starry and things have been perfect. Very fast speeds, great pricing, and their customer service reaches out to me to see if I'm satisfied.

They could reach out about new promotions and internet speeds. Maybe even offer discounted rates for loyal customers.

My overall experience with my ISP has been very good. Two areas they can do better is provide clear solution for technically non savvy people and secondly for non English speakers.
