Ordered service and have been blown off twice by the installers. Installers marked it as unable to access when the business was open both time. I have been hung up on then given dates several weeks later for install. I have paid employees both times to be available for install this has now cost me over $100 just trying to get install. Do not use century link they do not care.

HORRIBLE! Never stays connected, drops all of the time. Even my computer that is hardwired in doesn't work. Would not recommend.

Comcast works about 80% of the time. During high traffic times it can take minutes to load a single page, I can't say how slow because speedtest.net won't load either. We are on the forty buck plan. This did run really well before we opted for the less expensive plan when the kids moved out and the need for really fast internet was moot. It seem as slow as the old dialup we had twenty years ago. Tech help multiple times has fixed nothing

Highly dissatisfied with this company. It's too bad there's nothing else offered in my area. I completely agree with previous reviews, customer service is a joke. New Customers are provided better deals than to existing customers. An agent just suggested me today to cancel my account and reopen a "new" account with xfinity if I want to qualify for any deals. The xfinity mobile is not much of an improvement. Cell reception is slightly an upgrade from boost mobile. Their billing is a constant headache. I have to call in every month to get the promotion I was originally quoted...
