Reliability is my primary concern which they have been reliable for me. Their price (especially for speed tier) is actually slightly higher than the faster tier cable provider at my location. I can't stand they don't provide online ordering. (They had for internet but have since removed) They also make it very difficult to find detailed info especially on fees and such.
