Cox is good except when it comes to pricing. As a senior on a fixed income, it gets harder and harder to pay for extended basics. The sales reps will always find a way to save you a few dollars, but within a few months the cost is back up to what it was and higher! There’s really no competition for Cox and so they continue to gouge their customers. Maybe instead of including so many channels that hold absolutely no interest for most customers, they could allow people to choose a few like local stations, movie channels, sports and save people on a fixed income a lot of money that could be used for essentials like heating, food, and medications. I just wish my social security and retirement checks would increase as often (and as much) as Cox increases their bills! Thanks for allowing me to vent! Happy Holidays!
