Constantly down for maintenance. You never know when your wifi is going to be down for hours at a time, which it definitely will be.

Cox is terrible in my area. Constantly going down. Seems like every evening thereā€™s a problem with it. Iā€™m going to look for another provider.

I would give a rating of 0 if it were an option. I pay for premier and receive download and upload speeds that do not come close to what I pay for . Don't bother doing a speed test from Cox due to there is no valid license to do so on their website. Service is beyond poor by any margin. Pricing is extremely high, you do not get what you pay for. Worst of all Cox does not care. What Cox does care about is getting you in a contract so you are helpless and will increase pricing anytime with their deceptive practices. Once out of this contract will never do business with Cox again.

The absolute worst company to deal with. Sends you items without you ordering them and then charges you for them, raises your bill (doubled) and says they're signing you up for new promotion and it takes MONTHS to get the bill correct. Sent a modem back that I did not order and it took them five months to acknowledge that it was actually returned and that was after I provided proof of delivery (all of the sudden, they could see it was returned in their system). Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I am paying for premium internet speed and the speed is usually a little more than half the speed I am paying for. Cox tell me they do not guarantee their speed .... however they do guarantee their monthly bill.
