Theresa J | 09-26-2013

The service is odd because I have issues staying online sometimes, but they claim there is no issue in the area. The customer service is pretty much non-existent, so I do not like calling at all. I have had a few billing inconsistencies that calling did not fix. I would switch to another provider, but there aren't many to choose from in my area.
