Spectrum is the worst’s they add on hidden fees and their employees are not trained correctly to asst customer. I tried to make a payment on line and it kick back and then I call to make a payment the next day the customer service representative said that I have a credit to my account and so I use the money for another bil now they trying to get me to pay a bill twice in a month because of what was Hasley told to me from the representative and and than the manager told me because it it takes 5 business days to process a a payment so if the manager is aware of this so why aren’t the employees so now my billing service falls twice in a month well at least that’s what they think

I live on a property that Bridge Property owns. I have to pay my WiFi/cable bill to my apartment. Spectrum sold them a worthless community WiFi package over two years ago. It never consistently works. For me to have quality service like I did when it was Charter I also have to pay an additional cost directly to Spectrum. Spectrum knew it was a crap package but neither Bridge Property or Spectrum cared as they both make money. Spectrum advertises that have great service but no one on this complex agrees. It does not take two years to get it right but Spectrums only concern is that they get paid. Charter was excellent but Spectrum is horrible. Like the majority of the people that live here when I move I will never have Spectrum unless I have a need for really bad service..
