Want to pretend you're in the city but still live in the mountains? Then this is your Internet provider! Most mountain providers use basic technologies to provide service, but Backcountry Broadband brings fiber directly into your home at gigabit speeds! It's been nothing but a massive lifestyle change for us.

This is the most horrible service, but there are no other reasonable options.I have constant disappointments with this "service." All of it, the TV, internet and mobil phone service. The latest - I scheduled installation at my new address and I have b been cut off from my home service because they made the new house the "primary" account. there is nobody there! On my mobil there is now 5G+. Whenever my connection goes out I look and that is what is indicated on my phone. Whenever I am watching something on my phone and change bluetooth or anything, I have to restart the xfinity app. I will just be watching something and the app just closes for no apparent reason. I really hate this service, but you will probably HAVE to go with them as, unfortunately, they are the best of the worst. The other companies are less than 1 star and this company is barely 1 star.
