Worst customer service we have ever dealt with. Internet kept going out repeatedly. When we would contact them for help they would not assist our needs (considering my husband works from home) and hung up on us 3 times! Very rude, internet is absolutely terrible. No one was helpful. Switching internet services immediately.

Worst internet ever. Every time it rains or the wind blows the internet goes out. Always slow and we never get what we pay for. Customer service is a joke. Sent a person out and I told them it was an area problem and they charged me $60.00.

So expensive! Seemed reasonable when we first signed up but the price has nearly doubled since with no improvement or benefits. Now they are trying to charge us even more for excess data usage. E only reason we still have them is because I’ve been too overwhelmed by life to research an alternative. Avoid the suddenlink trap if you can!
