Their internet service is unreliable and their customer service is shockingly bad. I've had frequent outages, they leave me without service for days waiting for a technician to come out and it's difficult to even speak to a person. Once you finally do, they are poorly trained and can't help beyond basic troubleshooting. I regret the decision to sign up with them.
