Used to be dependable but they changed there system last year and automation took over. Bonded DSL now goes down every 1-3 weeks and It's always a glitch in thier system. It was rock solid for years with only an outage a couple times a year usually during weather/power events. Multiple times set appointment time and never got a corresponding text or email. When will they learn that AI and canned troubleshooting scripts aren't the answer.

Only DSL available at my location (Sept of 2023), 10MB Down & .7MB Up is all that is offered. We tried it as a last resort and had an awful experience. After Covid and the “work at home” movement CenturyLink’s DSL service is WAY overloaded. I don't know what their plan is to become competative?
